Preparing your package
- Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment.
- We send the order with a tracking number and delivered with or without signature. Packages can also be shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature.
- Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- Swiss Post without tracking Your parcel is sent with A Mail without a tracking number. Delivery charges: 2 CHF, free for orders of 50 CHF or more.
- Post with suvi Your parcel is sent by A Mail with a tracking number. Delivery charges: 5 CHF, free from 99 CHF order.
Europe
We provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is placed so that you can follow the status of your order right through to your letterbox.
A - Europe zone 1 (France, Italy, Germany...) - You have 2 delivery options:
1 - International Priority Monitoring :
Delivery costs : 6€.
Free delivery from 50€.
Delivery times : 5 to 12 working days
2 - International Express Tracking :
Delivery costs : 15€
Delivery times : 3 to 7 working days

Seized or lost order
In the unfortunate case of loss or seizure of your order, you can choose an insurance ( 3€ ) which guarantees you the choices below:
- A return of the order until receipt.
- Refund of your order less 15€ (which includes insurance + shipping costs).
ATTENTION: If you do not choose the "insurance" option, if your order is seized, no return or refund will be made. We advise you to choose the insurance in order to guarantee the sending and the reception of the parcel.
