I have ordered 7 different items so 7 different flowers and at the time I received my parcel I only have 6 different varieties so I sent a message to help me understand why a variety is missing and told me to send them the complete bag where all the pouch are put in pictures without opening the complete bag except that to see if everything is there I had to open it and there was no answer. I was told to send them the complete bag or all the pouch are put in photos without opening the complete bag except that to see if everything is there bah I had to open it and there no response from them I am really disappointed especially that I was waiting for this specific flower with impatience the "critical" in short no gesture from them and limit make me look like a liar in short , I'm really disappointed with the quality of the flowers and the quality of the service. Disappointed by them!
